Cancellation and Refund Policy

    By using SensumFMS software (hereinafter SensumFMS application or application), you agree to the terms, provisions and principles described in this Policy, which is subject to change.

    All purchases associated with SensumFMS application are final and nonrefundable, except for the cases clearly provided by law. If you think that SensumFMS application has deducted funds from your account by mistake, contact us within 30 days of the date of such transaction. After 30 days after the transaction, the refund is not carried out and an application for their return is not considered.  You also have no right to claim compensation for the money spent, except in cases of erroneous write-off. If you use the services of third parties for the purchase of any goods and services of SensumFMS, such a purchase is also the subject to the terms of this third party to return the funds (including in respect of payment terms, returns, etc.).

    Our service reserves its right to refuse a refund if it reasonably believes or assumes that you are:

    - violating the terms of this Policy as well as the Terms of use or Privacy Policy;

    - attempting to use this Refund policy in bad faith, for example, by repeatedly requesting a refund for the same product or feature, or by obtaining a refund for a non-refundable credit (such as a reward);

    - you are using any of our products fraudulently, or that your account is being used by a third party fraudulently;

    - you have replenished your payment through a third party service whose terms do not provide for refunds. This refund policy does not limit your legal rights to go to court.
